Employment Contracts
An employment contract is a legally binding document that outlines the terms and conditions of employment and details the specific provisions agreed to between the employer and the employee.
Ideally an employment contract should be provided before the employment relationship commences to ensure that any negotiations are detailed in the employment contract and then both the employer and employee sign the contract to mutually agree to the terms and conditions of employment.
MPAQ Employment Contract Templates
MPAQ has a suite of employment contract templates available for members only.
All documents are provided to members in PDF format, meaning they can be used multiple times.
These templates provide an extended range of important employment related information to help you in managing your employer-employee relationship. The templates have been developed to cover full time, part time and casual employees, including tradespersons, apprentices, labourers, clerical employees, building and construction, and non-award employees.
These documents are invaluable to your business because failure to use a contract leads to difficulty in enforcing your rights and protecting yourself against a claim against your business.
